Ingredients

  • chicken - 17.5 oz (500 g) meat
  • sour cream - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • processed cheese - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • white wine - 1/2 cup
  • cream of mushroom soup - 1 packet
  • garlic - powdered
  • black pepper
  • thyme - 1/2 tsp
  • basil - 1/2 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp

Preparation

Season the chicken meat with black pepper and garlic and braise it until golden in heated oil, turning it over frequently.

Pour in the wine, wait for it to evaporate a bit and add the sugar, thyme and basil. Dissolve the cream of mushroom soup in water with the sour cream.

Pour the cream of mushroom sauce in a glass cook put, add the meat and chopped processed cheese.

Bake at 392°F (200 °C) until the meat reddens and the sauce thickens.find similar recipes here
