Ingredients

  • pork steaks - 4
  • mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • sour cream - 1 cup (250 g)
  • white wine - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • onions - 1/2 head

How to make

Tenderize the steaks, salt them and sprinkle with black pepper. Arrange them in a tray and pour in a little oil. Bake at 390°F (200 °C) about 25-30 min.
