Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 1 packet
  • bacon - 5 pieces
  • onions - 2 heads
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • tomatoes - 4 - 5
  • peppers - 1, red
  • tomato paste - 3/4 cup
  • cream - 1/2 cup
  • parmesan
  • oregano
  • thyme
  • basil

How to make

Put the spaghetti to boil in water. Braise the bacon, drain it from the oil and chop it finely. Chop the onions and garlic and braise them for 5 min.

Add the chopped peppers and tomatoes to the onions, stir and saute for 5 min.

Season with thyme, oregano and basil. Add the cream and tomato paste to the pan. Add 1-2 tbsp of the water in which you had boiled the spaghetti to the sauce.
