How to make
In a mixing glass, pour a little ice, add the rum, lime juice, grapefruit juice, Maraschino liqueur and stir for about 1-2 min.
Pour the mixture into a martini glass.
Serve the Hemingway Daiquiri with a decoration of quartered lime.

- rum - 1/3 cup (90 ml), Appleton White, Jamaica
- limes - 3 tbsp (45 ml), juice, fresh - squeezed + slices for decoration
- grapefruits - 3 tbsp (45 ml), juice, fresh - squeezed
- liqueur - 2 tbsp (30 ml), Maraschino
