Ingredients

  • mince - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • onions - 1 head
  • bread - 1 slice
  • eggs - 1
  • spices
  • for the stuffing
  • peppers - 4, red, roasted
  • corn - 1/2 cup, canned
  • peas - 1/2 cup
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • ham - 7 oz (200 g)
  • sour cream - 2 - 3 tbsp
  • dill

Preparation

Knead a mince as you would for meatballs and leave it aside. In a bowl, prepare a filling by mixing together the cream, the diced ham and cheese, peas, corn, salt and dill.

Roll out the mince into a rectangular sheet on buttered foil. Fill the roasted peppers with the stuffing and arrange them in the middle, on top of the mince.

Carefully wrap it into a tight roll. Transfer to a buttered oven dish and bake in a preheated oven until ready.find similar recipes here
