Ingredients

  • spinach - 2 lb (1 kg), fresh
  • eggs - 3 hard - boiled + 2 fresh
  • oil - 3 - 4 tbsp
  • milk - 1/2 cup
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • flour - 2 tbsp
  • black pepper - to taste
  • salt - to taste

Preparation

Clean and wash the spinach well. Cut it and saute in heated salted water for 15 min. Strain the boiled spinach and rinse it with cold water.

In a separate container, heal the oil and braise 1 tbsp flour in it. Add the strained spinach and the milk. Take it off the stove and stir with 1 raw egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour half of the mixture into an oven-safe container. Arrange the round slices of hard-boiled eggs on top. Pour the remaining mixture over them.

Bake in the oven for about 20 min., then pour on a mixture of 1 raw egg, yoghurt and the remaining flour over it. Put it in the oven again to redden.find similar recipes here
