Cut the potatoes into slices, put them in a tray.

Add butter and a little water, cover the tray with foil and bake until the potatoes soften.

Dissolve the mushroom soup in 4/5 cup (200 g) water. Pour it over the potatoes, grate cheese on top and crisp for another 15 min.find similar recipes here
