Ingredients

  • eggs - 3
  • yoghurt - 1 cup (250 g)
  • flour - 1 cup (250 g)
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • powdered sugar - for sprinkling
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)

Preparation

Beat the eggs with the yoghurt.

Sift the flour in a separate container and sprinkle the baking soda in it. Then add it to the other mixture and stir with a wooden spoon until the dough gets smoothed out.

Using a moistened with water spoon, scoop from the dough and drop it into boiling oil.
