How to make
Break 1 egg into the mince, add the spices, finely chopped onions and knead.
Make 4 meatballs and put them in an oven dish, laid out with baking paper. Turn the oven on and bake.
Once the meatballs are baked, take the oven dish out and lay the mashed potatoes on top of them, forming a nest.
Break an egg over each and return to the oven. Bake until the eggs are cooked.
