Ingredients

  • processed cheese - 2 - 3 round packs of triangles
  • cornflakes - 4/5 cup (200 g), plain
  • flour - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • oil - for frying

Preparation

Put the processed cheeses for at least 4 hours in the fridge to harden.

Crumble the cornflakes finely, beat the eggs well.

Roll the well-cooled processed cheese triangles subsequently in the flour, beaten eggs and crumbled cornflakes.

Fry them in highly heated oil to a crunchy crust.
