Ingredients

  • milk - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • salt - 1 tbsp
  • yeast - 1 cube
  • eggs - 3
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • flour - about 3 cups (700 g)
  • seeds - of your choice

Preparation

Knead a medium soft dough from the ingredients listed (excluding 1 yolk).

Leave it to rise.

Shape the risen dough as desired, smear it with the leftover yolk.

Leave it to rise again, then sprinkle with seeds of your choice if desired.
