  • cheese - 12.5 oz (350 g)
  • feta cheese - 2 oz (50 g)
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • eggs - 4
  • flour - 1/2 cup (120 g)
  • milk - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)

How to make

Beat the eggs and milk in a bowl until you get a uniform mixture. Then add the flour, stir well to prevent lumps.

After you've beaten the mixture well and there's no lumps, season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Add the grated cheese and feta cheese and stir well once again. First put the butter to melt in the oven dish, then add in the cheese mixture.

Bake in a preheated 370°F (190 °C) oven until ready. The cheese is ready once it gains a golden brown crisp.
