Peel and chop the potatoes, pour olive oil over them, pour on the spices and stir well with your hands.

Add the breadcrumbs and stir once again. Prepare a tray with baking paper, arrange the potatoes in it neatly.

Once you're done arranging, pour in any leftover olive oil at the bottom. Sprinkle with more breadcrumbs and put the tray in the oven, heated to the max.

Take them out once you see them start to redden. All of this hassle will take you no longer than 30 min.
