Cut the zucchini into strips. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt.

In a separate container, beat the egg yolks with the flour and pour in the beer. Stir well and add the egg whites. Stir with a spatula. Take a strip of zucchini.

Put some of the crumbled feta cheese on it and cover with a 2nd strip. Press well and roll this in flour.

Then dip it in the breading and fry on both sides until golden. Do the same with the other strips of zucchini. Serve with a dairy garlic sauce.find similar recipes here
