Ingredients

  • pork - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • chicken - 4 fillets
  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • peppers - 4 - 5, red, roasted
  • peas - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • onions - 4 heads
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • soy sauce - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • savory
  • salt
  • oil
  • paprika

Preparation

Chop the pork coarsely and braise it lightly in a pan with the savory, salt and soy sauce.

Chop the onions into coarse rings. Dice the cheese, cut the potatoes coarsely and add the peas to them.

Grease the clay pot. Put a little of the meat at the very bottom, 2-3 toasted peppers, 2 chicken fillets, half the onions, potatoes with the peas and a little cheese.

Sprinkle with a little salt, savory and paprika. Put in the remaining meat, 2-3 peppers, 2 chicken fillets, onions, potatoes with peas.
