Ingredients

  • flour - 2 1/5 cups (550 g)
  • yeast - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • milk - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • sour cream - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • oil - 2 - 3 tbsp
  • for garnishing
  • tomatoes
  • cucumbers
  • sausages
  • cheese
  • processed cheese
  • oil

Preparation

Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the milk. Sift the flour, make a well in it and pour in the yeast. Add the beaten eggs, cream, oil and salt. Knead a soft dough. Leave it to rise for about 90 min.

Divide the dough into 12-14 balls. Roll out each one and smear them with oil. Fold it in half and then in half again, to get a triangle. Do this for all the balls of dough.

Leave them to relax for 15 min. Smear with beaten together egg and a little milk. Bake at 392°F (200 °C) about 20 min. Cut the ingredients for the garnishing into slices and place them inside the sandwiches once they cool. Cheese, tomatoes and spices are my personal favorites.find similar recipes here
