Ingredients

  • flour - 2 1/5 cups (550 g)
  • yeast - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • milk - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • sour cream - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • oil - 2 - 3 tbsp
  • for garnishing
  • tomatoes
  • cucumbers
  • sausages
  • cheese
  • processed cheese

How to make

Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the milk. Sift the flour, make a well in it and pour in the yeast. Add the beaten eggs, cream, oil and salt. Knead a soft dough. Leave it to rise for about 90 min.

Divide the dough into 12-14 balls. Roll out each one and smear them with oil. Fold it in half and then in half again, to get a triangle. Do this for all the balls of dough.

Leave them to relax for 15 min. Smear with beaten together egg and a little milk. Bake at 390°F (200 °C) about 20 min. Cut the ingredients for the garnishing into slices and place them inside the sandwiches once they cool. Cheese, tomatoes and spices are my personal favorites.
