Ingredients

  • zucchini - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • feta cheese - 12.5 oz (350 g)
  • mayonnaise - 2 cups (500 g) (can use more or less, depending on preference)
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • salt
  • dill

How to make

Chop the zucchini into round slices about 1″ (2.5 cm) thick. Season them with salt and oil and bake in the oven until softened.

Transfer them to a blender and blend, along with the feta cheese, garlic and dill.

Stir the antipasto with the mayonnaise and serve. Enjoy!
