How to make
Cut the cheese into 3/4″ (2 cm) cubes.
Roll them in the breadcrumbs.
In a separate bowl, whip the eggs with the oil and flour.
Add salt to taste.
Dip the cheeses in the breading and fry in a preheated saucepan with oil.
