Ingredients

  • eggs - 1 whole + 2 whites + 2 yolks
  • milk - 4/5 cup (200 ml), cool
  • oil - 3 tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • yeast - 2 4/5 tbsp (42 g)
  • breadcrumbs - 2/3 cup (160 g)
  • flour - 2 cups (500 g)
  • ham sausages - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • oil - for frying

Preparation

Knead a medium soft dough from the flour, milk, egg, yolks, oil, salt and yeast (needs to be dissolved in the milk beforehand).

Don't wait for the dough to rise. Roll it out and cut out circles using a glass.

Smear the edges of the circles with the lightly beaten whites. Put strips of ham sausage and cheese in the middle.

Roll up the circles into rolls and smear them with whites again, then roll in the breadcrumbs.

Then leave them to rise for about 15 min. Fry in plenty of highly preheated oil.find similar recipes here
