"Tasty and universal but if you`re still undecided about whether you want to make it or not, let me add that it`s quick and easy to prepare as well."

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • ham - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • pickles - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • oregano
  • savory

How to make

Boil the potatoes until ready, peel and cut them into pieces.

Place them in oven dishes, sprinkle with piece of butter, black pepper and salt/savory and oregano (optional). Arrange the slices of pickles and ham on top.

Bake the potatoes in a high oven for 10 min., then take them out, sprinkle with grated cheese and return to the oven for another 10 min. for the cheese to melt.

You can throw in other ingredients as well - sausages, meat, your favorite spice. It's all a matter of preference.
