  • zucchini - 3, medium
  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • cream cheese - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • spices - fresh (dill/parsley)
  • garlic
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Cut the zucchini into thin strips and grill them on a grill pan. Put them in a container with a lid for a few min. to soften and become easier to roll up.

Stir together the crumbled feta cheese, cream cheese, chopped spices and mashed garlic until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Season with salt and black pepper.

Important: If the feta cheese is salty, don't add any salt to the mixture. Spread the mixture onto the zucchini strips and wrap them up into rolls.
