Ingredients

  • milk - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • confectionery cream - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • vanilla - 1
  • gelatin - 1 tbsp (agar - agar)
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • walnuts - for sprinkling
  • honey - to glaze

Preparation

Put the milk, cream, sugar, vanilla and gelatin in a pot and stir. Put it on the stove and heat until bubbles appear, then remove.

Strain and distribute into cups or forms. Cool, invert the cups before serving, pour on a glaze of honey and sprinkle with walnuts.
