Ingredients

  • black elder - 17.5 oz (500 g) ripe fruits
  • sugar - 2 lb (1 kg)

Preparation

Once you've made sure the fruits are fully ripened, clean and wash them several times over.

Distribute into a jar, putting a layer of sugar after every layer of fruits. Finish off with a thick layer of sugar.

Let them sit for 40 days. Shake on the 20th day.

Once the 40 days are up, strain and store in the fridge. Drink 1 tbsp 3 times a day as an immunostimulant.find similar recipes here
