Ingredients

  • corn flour - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • water - 5 1/5 cups (1.25 L)
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • feta cheese - 14 oz (400 g)
  • paprika

Preparation

Dissolve the corn flour in 1/2 the water, put the remaining water in a pot on the stove, to come to boil with the butter.

After boiling point, start adding the dissolved corn flour in portions, while stirring.

You'll know it's ready when the mixture starts to come off the walls of the container.

Serve the kachamak while still warm, sprinkled with paprika and crumbled feta cheese.find similar recipes here
