Ingredients

  • phyllo pastry - 1 packet, sheets
  • feta cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • spinach - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • eggs - 2

Preparation

Crumble the feta cheese in a bowl, mix it with the eggs and the blanched, drained and finely chopped spinach.

Take a phyllo pastry sheet and sprinkle it with oil, place a 2nd sheet on top, distribute a little filling and wrap it into a roll.

Do this for the rest of the sheets. Arrange the rolls in an oiled tray.

Pour a little oil on top and bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for about 30 min. until reddened. Crunchy and tasty!find similar recipes here
