Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and boil until semi-cooked. Peel the tomato or add it cut into thin slices. Prepare a clay pot or glass cook pot - oil it.

Start arranging boiled potatoes, sprinkle with mixed spices, arrange tomato slices and grated hard feta cheese on top. Sprinkle with mixed spices once again, make new layers in the same order but use chopped mozzarella instead of feta. Finish off with tomatoes.

Put it in a 464°F (240 °C) oven for 20-25 min., then take it out, sprinkle with grated cheese and sprinkle with mixed spices again. Put it in the oven for another 2-3 min. until the cheese crisps.find similar recipes here
