Ingredients

  • snails - 42.5 oz (1200 g)
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • chili peppers - 0.5 oz (20 g)
  • salt - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • paprika - 1 tsp (5 g)
  • bay leaf

Preparation

Wash the snails well in salted water, put them in cold water in a container on the stove and boil on low heat.

Once they release all their foam, add the spices and boil until ready.
