Wash and clean the carp. Pour cold water over it, salt and boil 10-15 min., then take it out.

Strain the broth and bring it to a boil. Add the onion, chopped and sauteed beforehand, plus the carrots, celery and parsley roots.

After 10 min. add the diced potatoes, carp, peeled and finely chopped red tomatoes, celery leaves, black pepper, bay leaf and lovage.

Once the potatoes soften, remove the soup from the stove and sprinkle it with chopped parsley. Salt it to taste and serve with slices of lemon.find similar recipes here
