  • phyllo pastry - 1 packet, sheets, fine
  • eggs - 6
  • yoghurt - 2 cups (500 g)
  • feta cheese - 12.5 oz (350 g)
  • baking powder - 1 packet
  • oil - 7 - 8 tbsp

How to make

In a bowl, beat the eggs, oil, yoghurt. Crumble the feta cheese and add it to the bowl.

Stir the mixture well and add in the baking powder, leave it to bubble.

In the meantime, oil the oven dish you intend to bake in. Open the phyllo pastry packet, smear each sheet with the mixture and roll them up.

Arranges the rolls in a circle until you run out. You should have some mixture left over, pour it on top of the arranged sheets and distribute it evenly.
