Break the egg into the mince. Cut the pickles and mushrooms. Add the corn and spices.

Knead and form a roll, using foil to help you roll it up.

Put it in an oiled oven dish in a preheated oven. Shortly before it's ready, arrange round slices of tomatoes and sprinkle generously with cheese.
