"To keep your pickles crunchy, just don`t boil them!"

Ingredients

  • aspirin - 3
  • apple cider vinegar - 1/2 cup
  • salt - 1 tbsp
  • black pepper - 7 grains
  • dill - bunches
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • onions - 1/4 small head, old
  • pickles - 8, small
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
measures

How to make

Wash a jar. Pour 1 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp sugar at the bottom.

Chop the onions into round slices ahead of time. Clean the garlic cloves. Put water to boil in a pot on the stove.

In the meantime, arrange the chopped onions, then the black pepper grains and aspirin. Pour in the vinegar. Start arranging pickles along the walls of the jar until you've filled 1/2 the jar.

Squeeze in garlic cloves and put bunches of dill.

Once the water comes to a boil, pour it into the jar. Close with a cap. I used the wider types of jars. Flip them over with the caps down.

How long will these stay good for? Will the need to stay in the refrigerator? Or do they only need to be refrigerated once open?
