Ingredients

  • pork ribs - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • marinade
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • tea - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml), mint
  • red wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • bay leaf - 2
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 10 grains
  • cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • mustard - 1 tbsp

Preparation

Caramelize the sugar, add the mint tea, red wine, chopped garlic cloves, bay leaf, salt, cayenne pepper, mustard and soy sauce.

Boil everything for 3 min. Pour the marinade over the washed and chopped ribs in a glass bowl. Leave the bowl in the fridge for at least 3 hours (the longer the better), covered with foil.

Pour the entire contents of the bowl in an oven dish and bake about 30-35 min. at 392°F (200 °C).
