Ingredients

  • biscuits - 6.5 oz (180 g)
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • honey - 5 tbsp
  • walnuts - 1 handful, ground
  • coconut flakes - 1 large packet
  • marmalade - 1 jar

Preparation

Grind the biscuits in a blender or mash them with a mallet. Add the ground walnuts, coconut flakes, honey and melted butter to the resulting powder. Stir everything and form flat walnut-sized balls from the mixture.

Arrange them onto baking paper or foil and put in the fridge for 5 hours.

Then take a treat, smear it with marmalade and stick it to another one. Do this for all of the treats. Return them to the fridge for another hour and then serve.find similar recipes here
