Ingredients

  • potatoes - 3.5 lb (1.5 kg)
  • flour - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • breadcrumbs - 5 tbsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp, ground
  • oil - 6 tbsp

Preparation

Small potatoes are more suitable for this recipe. Peel them; if they're young, just clean them well with a brush.

Cut them nearly all the way through every 1/4″ (0.5 cm).

Sprinkle them with salt, black pepper and then breadcrumbs.

Arrange in an oiled oven dish and bake at 428°F (220 °C) about 30 min.find similar recipes here
