  • chili peppers - 17.5 oz (500 g) or as many as will fit in the jar
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • salt - 1 tbsp
  • vinegar - up to the rim of the jar
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • celery - 1 bunch
  • aspirin - 1 pill

How to make

Wash the chili peppers - roast them on the stove or grill.

Heat the jar with the marinade on a different stove, very low.
