Beat the eggs with the salt and sugar. Put the baking soda to bubble in the yoghurt. Sift the flour.

Make a well in the flour and put all the spices, plus the oil, in it. Knead a dough. Divide it into 2-3 parts.

Roll out a sheet on a floured counter and use a wavy knife to cut out pitas in the shape of squares, rectangles.

Fry them in heated oil. The result is tasty pitas that are hollow inside. Eat with compote.find similar recipes here
