Ingredients

  • macaroni - 7 oz (200 g)
  • milk - 2 1/2 cups (600 ml)
  • eggs - 5
  • sugar - 6 tbsp
  • vanilla - 1

Preparation

Boil the macaroni in salted water and drain them.

Heat the milk, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla.

Mix together the egg mixture with the drained macaroni. Distribute into bowls, bake in a water bath in a 356°F (180 °C) oven until ready.

Serve the dessert cooled.
