Ingredients

  • cauliflowers - 1 small head
  • carrots - 2 medium
  • salt - 1 tbsp
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • vinegar - 6 tbsp
  • celery - 3 bunches

How to make

Wash the vegetables, tear the cauliflower into rosettes, peel the carrots and cut them into round slices. Chop the celery coarsely with stem and leaves. Pack tightly into jars.
