Ingredients

  • milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 L)
  • water - 4 1/5 cups (1 L)
  • sugar - 2 cups
  • rice - 1 cup (250 g)
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 pinch

Preparation

Boil the rice in salted water until softened. Then pour milk over it and leave it to boil.

Once it comes to a boil, sweeten with the sugar and boil the dessert until thickened.

Distribute into suitable bowls or glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve the milk with rice chilled.find similar recipes here
