Peel and chop the onions finely, pour the olive oil in a pan and braise them in it. Next, add the mince, stir and cook until golden.

Wash the rice and put it in a tray, add the spices and braised onions with mince. Pour in the broth and bake at 356°F (180 °C) for about 40 min.

Make the topping by whipping the eggs and adding the yoghurt with baking soda to them.

Pour the topping to cover the rice, bake until ready about 10 min.find similar recipes here
