Ingredients

  • calamari - 28 oz (800 g)
  • flour - 2 tbsp
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • lemons - 1
  • salt - to taste

Preparation

Wash the cleaned calamari and cut them into slices.

Dry them, salt them and fry in heated oil to a light golden color.
