Ingredients

  • milk - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • eggs - 1
  • water - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml), cool
  • yeast - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • flour - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • oil - 3 tbsp
  • salt - 3/4 tbsp
  • sugar - 1 tbsp

Preparation

Sift the flour and make a well in its middle. In it, pour the pre-dissolved in milk yeast, water, salt, egg, sugar and 2 tbsp oil.

Knead a medium thick dough and leave it to rise. Smear it with the rest of the oil and put it in a polyethylene bag. Put in the fridge. You can store it there for up to 5 days.find similar recipes here
