Clean and wash the chicken well. Separately, prepare the potatoes by peeling them (if too large, cut them into pieces), leave the small ones whole.

Salt the chicken, smear it with the mixed together soy sauce and honey.

Put it in a tray with the potatoes, a little oil and butter, add a little water (halfway up the tray) and bake for 1 hour 20 min. at 482°F (250 °C).find similar recipes here
