Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 6.5 lb (3 kg)
  • peppers - 6.5 lb (3 kg)
  • banana peppers - 3.5 lb (1.5 kg) spicy
  • parsley - 2 bunches
  • sugar - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • salt - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • vinegar - 1 cup

Preparation

Clean the peppers of seeds and grind them in a meat grinder. Boil the tomatoes, peel and mash them.

Mix these 2 mixtures with the oil, salt, sugar, vinegar and finely chopped parsley. Put everything into a shallow tray on the heat.

Once the appetizer has nearly reached the desired consistency, add in the banana peppers, cleaned of their stems. Boil another 15 min.

Pour the mixture into jars, seal and sterilize for 15 min.find similar recipes here
