Ingredients

  • dough
  • flour - 2 1/2 cups
  • milk - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • eggs - 2
  • yeast - 1 cube
  • powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
  • olive oil - 1/4 cup
  • vanilla - 2/5 tsp (2 g)
  • salt - 2 pinches
  • glaze
  • powdered sugar - 1 cup
  • water - 4 tbsp
  • decoration
  • chocolate sprinkles
  • sugar sprinkles

Preparation

Sift the flour. Mix the yeast with the milk. Make a well in the flour, add the milk mixture to it, then the beaten eggs and the rest of the products for the dough.

Put it in an oiled bowl and leave to rise. Then spread it out into a sheet about 1/2″ (1 cm) thick. Using a cup, cut out circles from it and make holes in them with your finger or utensil.

Arrange thus prepared donuts onto baking paper. Bake in a moderate oven until ready.

Take the baked donuts out to cool. Smear them with a glaze made from the products listed. Decorate with chocolate and sugar sprinkles.find similar recipes here
