  • potatoes - 4
  • pork leg - 3.5 oz (100 g), smoked
  • pickles - 10
  • cheese - 2 oz (50 g)
  • mayonnaise - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp

How to make

Boil the potatoes in salted water.

In the meantime, cut the pickles, cheese and pork leg into small cubes.

Once the potatoes are boiled, peel and dice them as well.

Add them to the chopped ingredients. Season with salt, black pepper and oregano. Stir everything well.
