Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg), fresh
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • oregano
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • olive oil

How to make

Wash the potatoes well and boil them until ready. Take them out and dry them.

Arrange them in an oiled tray and flatten them with a spoon.

Sprinkle with salt, spices and olive oil.

Bake at 390°F (200 °C) for 30 min. or to a nice crisp.

Take them out and put a little grated cheese on top of each potato. Return to the oven to crisp it!

Serve with your favorite sauce.
