  • flour - 2 cups
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • eggs - 2
  • water - 1 cup
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • jam - 4 tbsp, of your choice
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • yoghurt - 2 tbsp
  • walnuts

How to make

Beat the eggs with the sugar very well, add the oil and water.

Then add the yoghurt mixed with the baking soda, next the flour and jam. Throw in a handful of ground walnuts as well.

Smear your muffin forms with butter and distribute the mixture in them. Bake the muffins in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until ready.
