Ingredients

  • phyllo pastry - 1 packet, sheets
  • tahini halva - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • walnuts - 2 cups, mashed
  • butter - for smearing
  • syrup
  • sugar - 2 cups
  • water - 2 cups
  • vanilla - 1

Preparation

Crumble the halva and mix it with the walnuts.

Smear the sheets 2 at a time with butter and distribute the filling.

Wrap them up into rolls and arrange them in a buttered tray. Bake until reddened.
